2004 - Took over Sheba Telecom and re-branded as Banglalink

2006 - Sheba telecom was re-branded as Sheba phone

2008 - Teleport - augere launched wimax service as "Qubee"

2012 - Sheba icx started operation

2012 - Toron, a sister concern of il got iig license

2015 - Sheba technologies limited was formed.
