== Life ==
Born in Paris, Henriot entered the [[Conservatoire de Paris]] at the age of 14 and was trained in the classes of [[Yvonne Lefébure]] and [[Yvonne Loriod]]. During his studies,<ref></ref> he met the latter's husband, [[Olivier Messiaen]].

In his youth, he pursued a parallel career as a bridge player and won the title of amateur French champion in 1979.<ref></ref>

Attracted to [[chamber music]], he founded the Messiaen Quartet with Alain Moglia,<ref>[http://bit.ly/2Wj5Hvb Alain Moglia] on ResMusica</ref> then solo violinist of the [[Orchestre de Paris]], René Benedetti,<ref>[http://bit.ly/2Rgnkbs René Benedetti] on Pointe aux ânes</ref> solo cellist of the [[Opéra national de Paris]] and the clarinetist [[Michel Arrignon]] of the [[Ensemble intercontemporain]]. Together, they recorded Messiaen's ''[[Quatuor pour la fin du temps]]'', under the artistic direction of the composer. He also performed and recorded a CD with Maryvonne Le Dizès,<ref>[http://bit.ly/2WhzioZ Maryvonne Le Dizès] on L'amirésol</ref> the violinist of the Ensemble intercontemporain. More recently he played with the young cellist [[Edgar Moreau]].<ref></ref>
