Chartered Due Diligence Analyst (CDDA) is a professional designation offered by the Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA) to professionals who complete a course of study and pass an examination. The program is focused both investment management and operational due diligence and demonstrates an understanding of operations, accounting, audit, tax, structures, jurisdictions, trading, brokerage, and the ability to asses operational and investment risk. The CDDA curriculum is designed to provide investors with knowledge of both the operational and investment sides of due diligence for traditional, alternative and hard assets. CDDA designees are required to maintain membership in the IMDDA and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
The IMDDA was founded in 2015 and is a global organization focused on due diligence education.
