'''Cuff shield''' () was a special badge of members of the German [[Wehrmacht]] until 1945. It was established to indicate the participation in specific battles and campaigns. The manner of formal mounting was the right upper arm of the uniform jacket. The design of [[Escutcheon (heraldry)|escutcheon]] corresponded to the location or area of the combat actions. In the course of World War II the number of cuff shields was increasing. However, a decisive number did go beyond the project phase.
