The 87th Texas Legislature is the next meeting of the legislative branch of the [[U.S. state]] of [[Texas]], composed of the Texas Senate and the Texas of Representatives. It is scheduled to meet in [[Austin, Texas]], from January 12, 2021, to May 31, 2021.
The elections of November 2020 were to have decided control of both houses; however, while control of the Senate and the House will remain with the Republican Party.
