Michael Minelli (born 26th June 1990), is a singer-songwriter, dancer and entertainer from [[Newington, Connecticut]]. Minelli is best known for his songwriting and music, with such music being featured on [[First Take (talk show)|ESPN's First Take]] and [[America's Got Talent|America’s Got Talent]].

Minelli was born and raised in [[Newington, Connecticut]]. His father, Carl, was a painter and his mother, Deberoah, a ballroom dancer and instructor. Minelli has one younger sister.
Minelli sparked an interest in both singing and dancing at an early age.
In the fourth grade, Minelli earned a school-leading role by singing a rendition of, [[ABC (The Jackson 5 song)|‘ABC’ by the Jackson Five]]. Minelli sang the role of [[Michael Jackson]]. To this day, Minelli claims that Michael Jackson has been the most influential artist, providing Minelli with both push and drive.

Minelli was a member of the E3 dance group, a [[Choreography|choreographed dance group]] from Minelli’s hometown in Newington, Connecticut.
In 2009, the E3 dance group received recognition from a national standpoint upon winning ‘[[Showtime at the Apollo|Showtime at the Apollo,]]’ which was broadcasted nationally on [[CBS]]. E3 would receive continuous publicity after such Apollo accolades and would be featured on [[106 and Pak|BET 106 & Park]] and [[America's Got Talent|America’s Got Talent]].
Minelli established a friendship with basketball legend [[Ray Allen]] where Allen would house Minelli where Allen and his wife, Shannon, would invest in Minelli. Allen would endorse Minelli, introducing the singer to various talents such as: [[John Legend]], during a time when Minelli performed a cover-rendition of one of Legend’s hit songs, [[All of Me (John Legend song)|‘All of Me.’]] This particular cover was featured on [[CBS This Morning]].
