This is a '''list of the number-one songs of 2020 in [[Panama]]'''. The charts are published by [[Monitor Latino]], based on airplay across radio stations in Panama using the Radio Tracking Data, LLC in real time. The chart week runs from Monday to Sunday.

In 2020 to date, four singles reached number one in Panama; a fifth single, "Ya No Más" by [[Nacho (singer)|Nacho]], [[Joey Montana]] and [[Yandel]] featuring [[Sebastián Yatra]], began its run at number one in December 2019. Of those four number-one singles, there was one collaboration. In total, five acts topped the chart as either lead or featured artists, with four—[[Karol G]], [[Nicki Minaj]], [[Carlos Vives]] and [[Myke Towers]]—achieving their first number-one single in Panama.

To date, the collaboration between Karol G and Nicki Minaj, "[[Tusa (Karol G and Nicki Minaj song)|Tusa]]", spent the most weeks at number one in 2020, leading the chart for fourteen consecutive weeks, tying with [[Daddy Yankee]]'s "[[Con Calma]]" as the fourth longest-running number-one song in Panama.

"Ya No Más" was the last number-one single of the 2010's decade, as well as the first number-one of the 2020's decade, spending a fourth week atop the chart dated January 6, 2020, and in doing so, Sebastián Yatra, Joey Montana, Yandel and Nacho became the first four artists to rule the Panamanian charts in two separate decades: 2010's & 2020's chart. Months later, [[Maluma (singer)|Maluma]] became the fifth act to have this achievement, as "[[ADMV (song)|ADMV]]" topped the chart dated June 8, 2020.
