Seaborne Freight (UK) Limited is a company that plans to run roll-on roll-off ferries between Ramsgate in Kent, UK and Ostend in Belgium. It was incorporated on 5 April 2017 but ferry operations have not commenced.

On 22 December 2018 the company was awarded a £13.8 million contract to run ferry services between Ramsgate and Ostend to cope with the consequence of likely capacity constraints on the Dover - Calais route after 29 March 2019 in the case of a No deal Brexit. That the company has no ships and has never operated any ships, and that the Port of Ramsgate must be dredged before services can commence, raised questions as to whether due diligence checks had been undertaken before the award of the contract. The award of the contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union was justified by the "extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive".

The Ramsgate - Ostend route was last operated by Transeuropa Ferries until 2013.
