F. H. Fyall, also known as Henry F. Fyall, was an American politician who was one of the first 33 African American men elected to the Georgia General Assembly in 1868. He was born to a white father and a French woman of mixed heritage, and was sold to Osborne Augustus Lochrane prior to the Civil War. Fyall was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives during the Reconstruction Era (one of the Original 33), and was one of the few initially allowed to remain (alongside Thomas P. Beard, Edwin Belcher and Madison Davis) when all other African American members were expelled from both houses.

However, he was subsequently investigated over his ancestry and his alleged non-residence in Macon County. He testified to House leadership that he was born in Paris, France in 1824, was brought to South Carolina in 1826, and had lived in Georgia since he was 11 years old. He further testified that he had been a resident of northern Macon County prior to his election, but was afterward forced off his land, arrested and forced on a train heading out of Macon County by the white Sheriff and Magistrate Judge. Finally, he asserted that he was unaware of possessing any African ancestry. However, several witnesses countered that his mother was of partial African descent and that he was a resident of the city of Macon in Bibb County. Soon, he was himself expelled soon afterward by the House.

He did not return to the legislature after his removal from office, and later worked as a train conductor. His date of death is unknown.
