Kimbell is a small town in the [[Mackenzie District|MacKenzie Distric]]<nowiki/>t 9km west of [[Fairlie, New Zealand|Fairlie]]. It is located on [[State Highway 8 (New Zealand)|state highway 8]]. It is 20km drive to Mount Dobson Ski Field from Kimbell. Kimbell is home to the Garage Gallery. This is an art gallery located in an old mechanics garage.
