Phrygianics is the second solo album of classical/jazz guitarist/composer [[Spiros Exaras]] but his first as a composer with his World-Jazz Ensemble. It blends jazz with Greek and Balkan music elements. It was released in 2003 by [[Blue Note Records]] and later on, in 2010 with Polyglottal Music.
