==Plot==

A Corsican chemical engineer Napoleon Ginimer invents a new chemical weapon, a gas that burns everythuing alive. In cooperation with governments he successfully tests it on convicts. He offers the formula to various governments so to produce weapons, but they seem to be not interested due to the high price he asks.

Meanwhile, in the USA there is a secret fascist order "Black Klan", planning to destroy the Soviet Union. The US war minister is a secret member of the order, and another member of the order, a chemical industrialist illegally produces poitionous gases for the order on his plant under the disguise of aniline paints.

The order decided to kill Ginimer and steal the formula, for which purpose they send two female assassins to his hotel in Berlin. The assassings entered the Ginimer's room, kill him with a knife and take the formula.

On the order's meeting when the members open the envelope of the formula it turns out the paper contains a letter from Ginimer in which he explains that he anticipated the assassination and prepared to it, so they did not kill him. The formula is still at his possession, so everyone is free to buy it, rather than attempting to steal.

It turns out Ginimer put a maniquine instead of himself in his bed while sleeping under it.
The order members decided to invite Ginimer and offer him a position at the chemical plant.

So, Ginimer comes to the USA with his formula and starts to work at the paint plant, covertly producing poitionous gases for the order.
The workers of the plant start a riot, refusing producing the poitionous gases, but the riot was suppressed. The workers managed to contact a workers' newspaper.

Meanwhile, Ginimer is invited into a meeting of the International Fascist League, where he is tasked to destroy the USSR by bombing it, and in particular, [[Leningrad]] with the gas, to which he agrees.

The fascist order forms an air bombing squadron headed by Gninimer and loads it with the gas bombs. The squadron departs to bomb Leningrad, while a plane of the workers' newspaper follows it.

Gizimer establishes a temporary air base in [[Pargolovo]], near Leningrad and starts raids on the city. The USSR organizes air defense using radio-controlled flying drones, which allows to defeat the invaders.

Gizimer is shot from a revolver by a female Soviet chemical instructor.
