T. Rama Rao]].He served as minister for Industry and Ports <ref>http://bit.ly/2Kaf3WN Chairman of Backward Classes Welfare Committee.But he lost<ref>http://bit.ly/2JGJG6s> to [[S Chenna reddy]] in 1989 elections.In 1996 he won <ref>http://bit.ly/2K3brWo MP from [[Hindupur (Lok Sabha constituency)]] By defeating [[S.
