==Biography and work==
Schäuble studied in Berlin, with Manfred Burzlaff und Konstantinos Avgerinos among others. With Gebhard Ullmann, Andreas Willers and Hans-Dieter Lorenz (later Martin Lillich) he founded the quartet Out to Lunch in the mid-1980s. He was also a member of the band ''Elefanten'' and led his own band ''Tibetan Dixie''.

In 1989 he moved to Australia, and has lived since that time in [[Melbourne]]. He has recorded with and composed for the Australian Art Orchestra, and also with the Radiosinfonieorchester Frankfurt (now [[hr-Sinfonieorchester]]), the Berlin Jazz Composers Orchestra JJBC and the Berliner Saxophon Quartet, as well as soundtracks for series and films such as Stingers, Zoo's Company, Bunch of Fives, Neighbours and Bed of Roses.

Thống chế Điều bát '''Nguyễn Văn Tồn''' (, 1763–1820) was a general and official of the [[Nguyễn dynasty]] of [[Vietnam]].

He was a [[Khmer Krom]]. He was either born in [[Càng Long]]<ref name=vinhlong></ref> or in [[Trà Ôn]], [[Cần Thơ Province]]<ref></ref> (in present-day [[Vĩnh Long Province]]). His Khmer name was ''Duồn''<ref></ref> or ''Duông''.<ref>[[Vương Hồng Sển]], ''Tự vị tiếng Việt miền Nam'' (Nhà xuất bản. Trẻ, Tp HCM, 1999, tr.443)</ref><!--Is his Khmer name "Duong"(ឌួង)?--> At first he was a slave. He followed [[Nguyễn Ánh]] to [[Bangkok]] in 1784, in there he was promoted to ''cai đội'' and took the Vietnamese name Nguyễn Văn Tồn. He followed Nguyễn Ánh back to Southern Vietnam in 1787. He gathered an army of several thousand Khmers in [[Trà Vinh]] and Mân Thít (present-day [[Mang Thít]]), called the ''Xiêm binh đồn'' (暹兵屯, lit. "Siamese soldiers' camp"), to reinforce Nguyễn Ánh.

Tồn joint the battle of [[Quy Nhơn]] in 1801. He was captured by [[Tây Sơn dynasty|Tây Sơn rebels]]. He was appreciated by Tây Sơn generals and joint the rebels. He did fight bravely for them, however, not long after he escaped and joint the [[Nguyễn lords|Nguyễn]] army again. He was promoted to ''cai cơ'' in the next year and sent to Trà Vinh and Mân Thít.

[[Siam]]ese invaded [[Cambodia]] in 1811. Nguyễn Văn Tồn and [[Nguyễn Văn Thoại]] were sent to help him. They defeated Siamese army in [[Longvek]]. Nguyễn Văn Tồn was left in [[Phnom Penh]] to "protect" the Cambodian king [[Ang Chan II|Ang Chan]]. He was promoted to ''thống chế'' (統制), and received the title ''Dung Ngọc hầu'' (lit. Marquess Dung Ngọc) from Nguyễn dynasty.<ref></ref>

Nguyễn Văn Tồn was appointed ''Điều bát nhung vụ'' in 1819. He was sent to [[Châu Đốc]] to dig the [[Vĩnh Tế Canal]]. He died in the next year. [[Minh Mạng|Emperor Minh Mạng]] mourned his death; the emperor compared him with [[Jin Midi]], a prominent official of the Chinese [[Han Dynasty]] of [[Xiongnu]] ethnicity.<ref></ref>

His tomb was in present-day [[Trà Ôn District]], [[Vĩnh Long Province]]. The tomb was called ''Lăng ông Tiền quân Thống chế Điều bát'' by local people.<ref name=vinhlong/>

It focuses on the improvement of life conditions of internally displaced population of the Republic of Azerbaijan who reside in the buildings that are dangerous to live or built due to specific purposes (military, education especially dormitories, or healthcare) and in [[Baku]], [[Sumqayit|Sumgait]] and other cities and districts of the country by implementation of economic development plans aims to reduce poverty, create new work places, establish agricultural facilities (especially, for people who are busy for this sector) and so on. The fund conduct its activities in accordance with the law of the [[Azerbaijan|Republic of Azerbaijan]], instructions of the President and Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Guide for Operations that basically defines the principles the fund should follow.

For this purpose, the fund attempt to prepare and develop certain proposals that suggest opening of new work places and realization of micro-projects in order to reduce poverty and increase the quality of life.<ref name=":0" />

Entering into agreements within the territory of the [[Azerbaijan|Republic of Azerbaijan]] and abroad with legal entities;

Using the property that is under its control;

Purchasing and hiring different kinds of moveable and immoveable property in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Setting up relations with organizations, banks or other entities according to the law;

Opening accounts within the country and obtain credits in Azerbaijani manat or other foreign currencies;

Using the services of experts and advisors who are working independently from the fund in order to carry out its duties.<ref name=":1" />
