'''Two Shires Ambulance Service''' was the [[emergency service|ambulance service]] for the Counties of [[Buckinghamshire]] and [[Northamptonshire]] in [[England]]. It was formed on 1 April 1993. The Buckinghamshire part was succeeded as part of the creation of the [[South Central Ambulance Service]] and the Northamptonshire part was succeeded as part of the creation of the [[East of England Ambulance Service]] on 1 June 2006.

It was headquartered at [[Deanshanger]] in Northamptonshire.
