He has served as assistant parish priest and parish priest in various parishes in the diocese of Tuticorin, India, in Germany, and in Austria.
He had a dream for a long time to uplift the rural youth. He knows that the education is the only way to such as a vision of development of the youth personally in micro level and socially in the macro level. Aiming at this vision, he established ‘Father Sebastian Educational and Charitable Trust’ in 1997. Under this trust, he founded Pastor Lenssen Polytechnic College in 1997 and entrusted the administration to the Salesians of Don Bosco.<ref>http://bit.ly/2THVnv0>
